ارزیابی تاثیر کاربرد پساب شهری بر انتشار دی‌اکسید‌کربن خاک، غلظت فلزات سنگین و عملکرد فلفل سبز

چکیده
به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر پساب شهری بر میزان انتشار دی­اکسیدکربن خاک، غلظت فلزات سنگین و عملکرد فلفل سبز شیرین، آزمایش بر پایه بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1402-1401 در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری اجرا شد. تیمار منبع آبیاری شامل پنج سطح؛ 100% پساب (TWW100)، ترکیب 75% پساب + 25% آب چاه (TWW75 + WW25)، ترکیب50% پساب + 50% آب چاه (TWW50 + WW50)، ترکیب 25% پساب + 75% آب چاه (TWW25 + WW75) و 100% آب چاه (WW100)، بود. بر پایه یافته­ها، تاثیر آبیاری با پساب در مراحل سوم و چهارم سنجش بر انتشار دی­اکسیدکربن خاک معنی­دار بود (P ≤ 0.01). بالاترین میزان انتشار دی­اکسیدکربن خاک در مرحله چهارم سنجش، مربوط به تیمار آبیاری TWW100 با مقدار 484 و پایین­ترین میزان آن مربوط به تیمارهای آبیاری TWW25-WW75 و WW100 به ترتیب با 5/474 و 4/474 پی­پی­ام در دقیقه مشاهده شد. همچنین تاثیر آبیاری با پساب شهری بر صفات مورفولوژیک و عملکرد میوه فلفل بسیار معنی­دار بود (P ≤ 0.01). به­طوریکه بیشترین عملکرد مربوط به تیمار TWW100 با 1536 و کمترین آن مربوط به WW100 با 8/1384 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. بر اساس نتایج، بیشترین میزان غلظت سرب خاک و میوه فلفل در تیمارهای آبیاری TWW100 و TWW75+WW25 و کمترین میزان آن، مربوط به تیمار آبیاری WW100 بود. بیشترین میزان غلظت کادمیوم خاک و میوه در تیمارهای آبیاری TWW100، TWW75+WW25، TWW50+WW50 و TWW25+WW75 مشاهده شد. به­طور کلی، با توجه به بحران کم­آبی و اهمیت مدیریت منابع آبِ آبیاری، بهره­گیری از پساب شهری به­صورت ترکیب با آب چاه پیشنهاد می­گردد.

In order to evaluate the impact of treated wastewater application on soil Co2 emission, HMs accumulation and green pepper yield, an experiment based on randomized complete blocks with three replications was carried out at Sari Agricultural sciences and Natural Resources University (SANRU), Iran in 1402-1401 crop year. Irrigation source treatment includes five levels; treated wastewater (TWW100), (TWW75 + WW25), (TWW50 + WW50), (TWW25 + WW75) and 100% well water (WW100). Based on the findings, the effect of irrigation with treated wastewater on soil Co2 flux was significant (P ≤ 0.01). So that the highest level of soil Co2 emission in the fourth stage was related to TWW100 irrigation conditions with 484 ppm.min-1 and its lowest amount related to irrigation conditions TWW25-WW75 and WW100 was observed with 474.5 and 474.4 ppm.min-1, respectively. Also, the effect of treated wastewater irrigation on the morphological characteristics and green pepper yield was significant (P ≤ 0.01). So that the highest fruit yield was related to TWW100 with 1536 and the lowest was related to WW100 with 1384.8 kg.ha-1. Base on the result, the highest concentration of soil and pepper fruit lead (Pb) was in TWW100 and TWW75+WW25 irrigation conditions, and the lowest level was related to WW100 irrigation conditions. The highest concentration of soil and fruit cadmium (Cd) was observed in TWW100, TWW75+WW25, TWW50+WW50 and TWW25+WW75 irrigation conditions. In general, due to the water scarcity crisis and the importance of irrigation water resources management, it is suggested to use treated wastewater alternately or in combination with well water.
