بررسی الگوی کشت کشاورزان در دو حالت کاهش آب در دسترس و اجرای روش آبیاری قطره‏ای در شرایط خشکسالی در شهرستان ارزوئیه

چکیده
خشکسالی تأثیراتی منفی بر منابع آبی، کشاورزی و اقتصادی بهمراه دارد. کمبود آب از مهمترین عوامل محدودیت در تولید محصولات کشاورزی در ایران می‌باشد. هدف این تحقیق، ارزیابی تصمیمات مدیریت زراعی کشاورزان در دو راهکار تغییر الگوی کشت ناشی از کاهش فراهمی آب و اجرای روش‌های آبیاری تحت  فشار و تأثیر آنها بر سود ناخالص و بازده خالص کشاورزان در سطح مزارع شهرستان ارزوئیه از توابع استان کرمان است. راهکار کاهش آب در دسترس با پیش‌فرض‌های 5، 10 و 15 درصد در نظر گرفته شد. داده‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و تکمیل 100 پرسشنامه برای سال زراعی 1401-1400 جمع‌آوری گردید. برای تحلیل گزینه‌ها از یک مدل برنامه‌ریزی استفاده شد. کاهش آب در دسترس تحت سناریوی 15 درصد منجر به کاهش سطح زیر کشت محصولات منتخب شد و سود ناخالص برآورد شده با اعمال این سناریو 48 درصد نسبت به سطح مشاهده شده کاهش یافت. نتایج کاربست مدل در گزینه اجرای روش آبیاری قطره‌ای افزایشی به میزان 75/30 درصد در سود ناخالص و کاهش آب مصرفی محصولات منتخب به میزان 210 درصد نسبت به تیمار شاهد نشان داد.

چکیده English

Drought and water scarcity has significant negative effects on water resources, agriculture and economy. Lack of available water is major limiting factor in crop production especially in Iran.  The purpose of this research is to evaluate the farmers' decisions in response to reduced available water in forms of the change in the cultivation pattern or implementation of the drip irrigation for maintaining higher gross profit and net yield at farm level in Arzuieh region, Kerman province, south of Iran. The applied water reduction policy of 5, 10 and 15% was considered. The required data were collected using a simple random sampling method and completing 100 questionnaires for the year 2021-2022. The results showed that the adoption of reduced applied water for 15% scenario would led to the reduction of the cultivated area of all the selected crops and the a simulated gross profit of 48% compared to the control treatment observed data. Also, comparisons showed that the implementation of the drip irrigation method increases the net profit of obtained by the model up to 31% and reduces the water consumption of the selected crops by 210%.
