Investigation of drought effect on spatial and temporal variations of vegetation cover as is widely performed using drought indices derived from satellite images. The aim of this study is to find out whether it is possible to detect the changes in vegetation cover using satellite drought indices. To achieve this goal, the change vector (CV) analysis as one of the change detection algorithms, was used. In this method, the change occurred in vegetation has been attributed to the change vector. The change vector contains two components, change magnitude and change orientation. In this paper, the CV was calculated by four satellite drought indices based on the condition of vegetation, namely NDVI, NDVIA, VCI, CTVI using NOAA AVHRR images, and one ground-based drought index, namely Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI). The results showed that satellite drought indices have a high correlation in detection of the change magnitude. The highest and lowest correlation between satellite-based drought indices and the SPI were observed for NDVI and VCI, respectively.  }, keywords = {Drought,Change Vector,Vegetation,Satellite Drought Indices,VHRR}, title_fa = {امکان‌سنجی تشخیص تغییرات پوشش گیاهی مبتنی بر شاخص‌های زمینی و ماهواره‌ای خشکسالی (مطالعه موردی: استان کرمانشاه)}, abstract_fa = {خشکسالی نه تنها بر تولیدات کشاورزی و منابع آب بلکه بر پوشش گیاهی طبیعی یک منطقه نیز تأثیر گذاشته و گسترش نواحی بیابانی را تسریع می‌کند. امروزه تشخیص تأثیر خشکسالی بر پوشش گیاهی از نظر زمانی و مکانی توسط تصاویر سنجش از دور و با تعریف شاخصهای مختلف امکانپذیر شده است. هدف از این مطالعه، امکان‌سنجی تشخیص تغییرات رخ داده در پوشش گیاهی منطقه بر اثر خشکسالی با استفاده از شاخصهای ماهوارهای خشکسالی است. به این منظور از روش تجزیه و تحلیل بردار تغییر به عنوان یکی از الگوریتمهای تشخیص تغییر استفاده شد. در این روش، تغییر رخ داده در پوشش گیاهی به برداری موسوم به بردار تغییر نسبت داده می‌شود. بردار تغییر با دو مولفه اندازه تغییر و جهت تغییر نشان داده میشود. بردار تغییر برای چهار شاخص ماهوارهای مبتنی بر پوشش گیاهی حاصل از سنجنده AVHRR ماهواره NOAA و یک شاخص زمینی محاسبه شد. شاخص‌های ماهواره‌ای شامل شاخص اختلاف نرمال شده پوشش گیاهی (NDVI)، شاخص اختلاف نرمال شده پوشش گیاهی غیر متعارف (NDVIA)، شاخص شرایط پوشش گیاهی (VCI)، شاخص تغییر شکل گیاهی اصلاح شده (CTVI) و تنها شاخص زمینی مورد مطالعه، شاخص بارندگی استاندارد شده (SPI) می‌باشد. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که شاخص‌های ماهواره‌ای از نظر تشخیص اندازه تغییر، همبستگی خوبی با یکدیگر دارند. بیشترین همبستگی بین شاخصهای ماهوارهای با شاخص زمینی مربوط به شاخص NDVI و کمترین همبستگی مربوط به شاخص VCI میباشد.}, keywords_fa = {خشکسالی,بردار تغییر,پوشش گیاهی,شاخص های ماهواره ای,سنجنده AVHRR}, url = {https://www.agrimet.ir/article_87666.html}, eprint = {https://www.agrimet.ir/article_87666_369e418844cafc5c1a8cca3ed2788463.pdf} }
